Creative agencies in particular often lack someone who takes care of internal management. The spectrum ranges from controlling, and writing proposals, to invoicing, but that’s by no means everything. My aim is to free up the creative minds and the managing directors. Somebody who is familiar with creative processes is in a better position to do that than just a number cruncher. As a trained product designer and businessman I’ve been passionately playing this role at hauser lacour for more than a decade now.
